Clean backyard swimming pool in the Texas Hill Country at sunset

Leander, Texas

Pool care with real numbers behind every visit.

Cabana Jay's is a one-operator pool service in Leander and Northwest Austin. Full weekly service, LSI-balanced chemistry, digital readings you actually see, and an owner who knows your pool by name.

Why Cabana Jay's

A small route means more time at your pool.

Keeping the route short is a deliberate choice. It means your pool gets the time it needs, the same familiar face each week, and someone who notices small changes before they turn into repairs.

The owner services your pool

You get the same person every week — Jason — who knows your pool, your equipment, and your yard. The route stays small so your visit never gets rushed.

Digital readings, not guesswork

Your core chemical levels are measured digitally every visit, so you see the actual numbers instead of a note that says 'balanced'.

LSI-balanced water

Your chemistry is run against the Langelier Saturation Index, which is what protects your plaster, tile, heater, and salt cell.

Clear about scope

Service, chemistry, plumbing repairs, and equipment replacement are handled here. For electrical work, tile calcium, or mastic, you get a trusted specialist recommended by name.

Water chemistry

Clear water and balanced water are not the same thing.

A pool can look perfect and still be dissolving its own plaster. The Langelier Saturation Index combines pH, temperature, calcium hardness, alkalinity, and cyanuric acid into one number that tells you whether your water is protecting your surfaces or eating them.

Every visit starts with digital readings of your core levels, run against LSI before anything is added. It takes a few extra minutes, and those minutes are what help your plaster, tile, heater, and salt cell last longer.
